From a humble vision to becoming the platform of choice for over 250,000 Malaysian players — this is the story of TH77, our commitment, and why we exist for you.
When TH77 first launched, one thing was crystal clear to our founders: Malaysia deserves an online betting platform that truly understands local needs. Not one translated from another language, not one built around foreign payment methods unfamiliar to Malaysians, and not one that makes you feel like you're dealing with an automated machine that doesn't care about your experience.
Mission TH77 from day one was to build something different — a platform that speaks Bahasa Malaysia not just on the surface, but in every aspect of the user experience. Casino dealers who speak Bahasa Malaysia, customer support in Bahasa Malaysia, payment methods every Malaysian is already familiar with, and content that reflects the sports and entertainment context relevant to everyday life in this country.
"TH77 is more than just a betting platform — it's a community of Malaysian players who share the same passion for sports, casino, and responsible entertainment."
— TH77 Founding TeamSix core features we have built with serious intent for every Malaysian player.
From payment methods to interface language, from Bahasa Malaysia-speaking casino dealers to local sports content — TH77 was built specifically for Malaysian players, not adapted from an overseas platform. We understand the context of the Malaysia Super League, BWF badminton, local E-Sports and everything that matters to players here.
All your personal data, financial information and gaming activity are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same level of security used by leading banks worldwide. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts, and our security team monitors the platform around the clock to detect any suspicious activity before it becomes a problem.
Deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX through Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks — all the methods you already use every day. A minimum deposit of RM5 is processed in under a minute, and winnings are withdrawn in as little as 5 minutes. No complicated procedures, no extra documents required.
Over 500 games on one platform — slots from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and Microgaming, Live Casino tables featuring baccarat, roulette, blackjack and dragon tiger, Sports Betting covering 20+ sports, live in-play matches with real-time odds, plus E-Sports titles including Dota 2, Mobile Legends and CS2. All major categories are covered, with new games added every week.
150% Welcome Bonus up to RM1,500, 15% daily casino cashback credited automatically every morning, 10% weekly sports rebate with no cap, a 5-tier VIP programme with exclusive perks, and a 50% second deposit bonus — all promotions designed with fair, achievable terms, not inflated numbers that are impossible to redeem.
TH77's support team is made up of real people who understand the games and speak Bahasa Melayu. No bots firing off generic responses to your questions. Whether via live chat or WhatsApp, we respond promptly to every enquiry — about bonuses, withdrawals, game rules or any technical issue you run into.
Every successful platform starts with a real problem. For TH77, the problem was clear — many Malaysian players were forced to use overseas betting platforms that didn't understand local needs, offered inconvenient payment methods, provided customer support that didn't operate in the language Malaysians use every day, and were sometimes questionable in terms of trustworthiness. We saw that gap and decided to fill it.
When TH77 launched, our focus was crystal clear: build a platform that Malaysian players can trust, use with ease, and enjoy fully without feeling out of place or confused. We started with the basics — making sure the platform ran flawlessly on smartphones, knowing that most Malaysian players access online entertainment through their mobile devices. We then added local payment methods one by one, established partnerships with the world's top casino software providers, and built a customer support team that truly understands what Malaysian users need.
Growth TH77 happened organically — satisfied players shared their experiences with friends, and our community grew without relying on excessive promotions. This told us we were doing something right. When our active member count crossed 100,000 and then 200,000, we became even more confident that our approach — putting user experience above all else — was the right path.
The Live Casino section is one of the biggest investments that TH77 do. We were not satisfied with simply offering standard casino tables with video dealers. We wanted more — tables with dealers who speak Bahasa Melayu, who can greet players in their own language, and who understand Malaysian culture and context. It was not easy to pull off, but once it was up and running, the feedback from players was overwhelmingly positive. For many of our members, those Bahasa Melayu tables are more than just a technical feature — they are an acknowledgement that TH77 truly values their identity as Malaysian players.
Promotions programme TH77 was built on a philosophy that sets it apart from most other platforms. We believe a good promotion is one that delivers genuine value to players — not one with terms so convoluted it is nearly impossible to redeem. The 15% daily casino cashback is the clearest example of this — it is credited automatically every morning with no manual claiming, no extra rollover requirements, and no minimum threshold. That is because we believe players who experience real value from our promotions will stay with TH77 for the long run.
Game security and fairness are two pillars we never compromise on. All slots at TH77 uses an RNG system independently verified by accredited third-party auditors to ensure every round is completely random. All Live Casino tables feature real human dealers you can watch in real time via HD video. The RTP for every slot is clearly stated so players can make informed choices. We believe players deserve to know their true odds before they play — that is the foundation of the trust we build.
Responsible gaming is a core part of our DNA TH77. We don't want our growth built on players who are struggling with gambling. Instead, we want a community of players who game responsibly — enjoying this as part of a balanced lifestyle and knowing when to stop. That's why we provide self-control tools such as daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits and a temporary break option — all available free to every member. Platform TH77 keeps growing. We continuously listen to feedback from our player community and use that input to drive ongoing improvements. New games are added every week, platform features are regularly enhanced, and new promotions are rolled out based on user feedback. We never settle for what we have — there's always something that can be made better, faster, smoother and more enjoyable for you. That is our ongoing commitment TH77 to each of our 250,000+ active members in Malaysia.
